Escrow Services in Texas

Neutral escrow for any deal where funds need to be held

Some deals need a neutral party to hold money until everyone has done what they agreed to do. In addition to 1031 exchanges, we serve as an independent escrow agent for business sales, holdbacks, deposits and other transactions where funds must be held and released on agreed conditions.

A holdback is a portion of the purchase price or other funds set aside after closing to cover repairs, unfinished work, undisclosed liabilities or other obligations. We hold the funds and release them only when the conditions in your written agreement are met, so the buyer is protected and the seller knows the money is secure.

For business sales and acquisitions, our business escrow service holds earnest money deposits, closing funds and post-closing indemnity holdbacks in separate escrow accounts and releases them according to your agreement.

If your transaction involves holding funds in some other way, such as milestone payments, deposits or settlement funds, tell us the terms and we will let you know how we can help. We act as a neutral third party and follow the written instructions agreed to by all parties. Talk to us before you sign, so the escrow terms are clear from the start.
